Terms of Use

By installing or using Izuran (“the app”), you agree to these supplemental Terms of Use and to the Apple EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Your right to use the app is governed by the Apple EULA. Ambition Innovation Creativity LLC (“we”, “us”) grants you no separate or additional license beyond what the Apple EULA provides.

The app uses on-device AI models to generate text, structured data, and tool actions. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your purpose. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it
• The consequences of acting on AI-generated content
• Ensuring outputs are appropriate for your use case, audience, and jurisdiction

The app may perform actions on your behalf (sending emails, modifying files, scheduling tasks, controlling smart-home devices) when you authorize such tools. You remain responsible for all actions the app takes on your behalf.

The app downloads and runs open-weight AI models created by third parties, such as Qwen (by Alibaba Cloud) and Gemma (by Google). These models are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The creators of those models, not us, are responsible for the model weights themselves.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba Cloud, Google, Apple, or Hugging Face. Product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

When you choose to enable an optional integration — such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Philips Hue, Brave Search, xAI (Grok), or a Hugging Face access token — your use of that service is governed by the terms of the respective provider, not by us. You should review each provider’s terms and privacy policy before enabling their integration.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Circumvent the access controls, quotas, or acceptable-use policies of any third-party service you connect to
• Impersonate other people without authorization
• Violate applicable law in your jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. This disclaimer is in addition to, and does not limit, the warranty disclaimers in the Apple EULA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambition Innovation Creativity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation is in addition to, and does not limit, the limitations in the Apple EULA.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the app shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your state or country of residence and subject to the forum provisions of the Apple EULA where they apply.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this document, and the current version will be available at https://izuran.ai/terms. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
